Target trouble spots and diminish imperfections with In the Clear face mask. Peppermint and lemon oils combine with white tea leaf extract and kaolin clay to create a deep-cleaning mask that will leave your skin in the clear.
If you're looking for an anti-acne mask that deep cleans and leaves your skin refreshed, you've found your face mask! It may have been the last of Perfectly Posh's face masks that I have tried, but I definitely wish I would've gave it a try earlier!
In the Clear has a wonder light, whippy texture. It's not too thick and it goes on smoothly - making it easy to get an even layer on skin (very important when applying face masks)! It's scent is a light peppermint, very refreshing and clean without being too overpowering. The peppermint extracts and white tea oil give an invigorating cooling effect, as well.
After washing my face, I applied In the Clear with a mask brush. I recommend using a brush to apply your face masks, it allows for less waste and it is easier to apply an even layer; a simple, cheap foundation brush will do fine! The peppermint felt cool on my face, but I did not have any burning sensations from it. Sometimes kaolin clay will cause a light burning, as it is pulling all of the dirt and toxins out of your skin. Kaolin clay will also cause slight redness for awhile after the face mask. I, however, did not turn red from this mask at all, it was very gentle.
After about 5 minutes, I rinsed! My skin felt smooth and deep-cleaned. I followed up with Love Me Dew face oil to hydrate my skin (always moisturize after any face mask)! I thoroughly enjoyed and recommend In the Clear face mask. I have decided to incorporate it into my weekly routine by using it every other day!
In the Clear is $18 for a 2oz. container. With use of 2-3x per week, it should you last around 2-3 months!
