Prom-Ready Skin

I remember looking forward to Prom Night since I was a freshman in High School. The dancing, the food, the decorations… I pictured it all. That much anticipation can cause some serious stress, and my skin showed it. Hormones can be a pain, especially as a teenager. I didn’t have the skin care arsenal that I do now, so I’m going to share it with you! Whether you’re a teenager or a parent of one, these products will help get you Prom-ready from head to toe!
Acne is a struggle for many teens- been there, done that. Here are a few products that I love to combat pesky face AND body acne so you can have flawless skin on Prom Night. WASH!
Best Face Forever (BFF) - This minty face wash has a bunch of tiny sugar microbeads that gently remove built-up dirt, oil, and dead skin cells to reveal a crazy-clean face. You only need a tiny bit, about the size of a pea, making this bottle last several months!
TREAT!
Zit Zapper - Yeah, that’s right. We’re going to zap those zits right off your face. This is a spot-treatment that you apply directly to blemishes to reduce their appearance quickly; perfect for those stress-zits that like to show up the day of Prom!
MASK!
Smashing Good Pumpkin - This is an anti-acne face AND body mask. SGP never let’s me down; if I feel a breakout coming, I put this mask on and the next day the acne is gone or significantly reduced. 100% recommend using this every other day to ensure clear skin for Prom Night!
MOISTURIZE AND PRIME!
Dawn On Me Facial Oil - Face oils are scary, right? You would think that a face oil would make your face, well, oily. Actually the opposite happens! It provides your skin with GOOD oils so you skin stops making the nasty kind. Dawn On Me is a perfect pore primer! Pat about 4 drops on your face and neck to give makeup a smooth surface to go on!
LIPS!

MOISTURIZE!
You definitely want to use a body creme after you shower to keep skin moisturized and smooth; plus who doesn’t love to smell good?! You’ll love Honey, Honey healing body creme! It has a yummy lemon raspberry scent that is to die for! It also keeps skin amazingly healthy and soft!
