• 24-48 hours prior to your appointment, remove body hair by shaving or waxing.

• At least one day prior to your appointment, exfoliate to remove dead skin cells. The more days you exfoliate, the better the results. Three days is recommended. Body scrubs and single use towelettes are available for purchase at the salon.

• DO NOT apply heavy body lotions, perfume, makeup, or deodorant. These products can negatively influence the tanning result.

• Wear dark, loose-fitting clothing in order to prevent discoloration of the the clothing from the solution.

• Wear "pedicure-friendly" shoes. If it's a rainy day, wear closed-toe shoes to avoid getting feet wet.

• Wear an old or dark-colored bathing suit or underwear. The solution is water-soluble and should wash out, but staining can occur.

• Remove all jewellery.

• Hair should be pulled back and off of the neck if possible.

• Wear a lip balm during the session.

• Apply the barrier cream provided by the salon to nails, hands, feet, knees, elbows, and other dry areas.

• Apply provided sticky feet.

• If your hair is light in color, put on the provided hair cap, leaving your hairline exposed.

• After being sprayed, wait 10-15 minutes before getting dressed. If you feel that the solution is not drying, let your specialist know.

• DO NOT shower or bathe for at least 8 hours. Avoid sweating if possible.

• After 8 hours, you may shower with lukewarm water. Bathing is not recommended. Avoid soaps and gels that leave residue behind.

• Apply a tan extender daily to keep skin moisturized and increase the duration of your tan, The salon offers tan extenders with and without bronzers in packets and bottles.

• Limit the amount you shave or exfoliate after the spray tan for longer-lasting results.

• Results should last 5-10 days depending on your aftercare.
